4. Registration & KYC Verification

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent to MYR 100 at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation. FPX bank transfer deposits typically credit within 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, which typically takes 15 to 30 minutes.

5.4 Funding Source

You warrant that all funds deposited into your gaspol77 account are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment instrument used. 6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are permitted only to accounts that have completed KYC verification, met applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus, and are in good standing. The payout method must match the original deposit method where technically possible.

6.2 Processing Times

Gaspol77 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes:

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

6.4 Right to Withold

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed. Wagering requirements are calculated on total turnover (total amount wagered), not net winings. Specific multipliers apply per promotion and are stated at the time of offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Gaspol77 employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk matched bets to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coluding with other players. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.4 Promotional Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the validity period, and wagering requirements not met within the validity period, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on gaspol77 are subject to the platform's betting rules for the relevant sport, market, or game category. Bets are accepted at gaspol77's sole discretion. We reserve the right to restrict maximum bet amounts for any market or player at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or settlement — including but not limited to system errors, data feed errors, or human error — gaspol77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Winings resulting from obvious errors will not be honoured.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play bets on events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC bouts, and other live markets are subject to additional rules. Bets placed during a period of suspended trading will be voided. Connection problems on the part of the player do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

8.4 Game Results

9. Prohibited Conduct

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation.

Third-party game providers retain ownership of their respective game content. Gaspol77 is a licensed distributor of third-party game content and does not claim ownership thereof.

11. Privacy & Data

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by Gaspol77

Gaspol77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) prohibited conduct has occurred; (c) the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; or (d) it is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting gaspol77 support. Upon request, your account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method after satisfactory KYC verification.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10, deducted from the account balance, after prior written notice to the registered email address.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gaspol77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes gaspol77's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Gaspol77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
